The Maharashtra government has announced a self-redevelopment scheme in association with Mumbai District Central Co-operative Bank, allowing housing societies in Mumbai to take up redevelopment of their existing buildings, on their own by appointing project management consultants (pmc).

We look at the Scope of Services for Self-Redevelopment – ( what to expect from PMC)

1. Preparing Feasibility Report & Detailed Project Report.
2. Arrange for funds required for the project.
3. Appointment of Architects, Contractors, Consultants, Legal Advisors etc.
